ATTORNEY COLLECTION SERVICE WITHOUT SUIT:
No additional fee.
UNCONTESTED SUITS:
See schdule for suit fees, if any. The attorney,
in some instances, may request a modest retainer. All
suits will require an advance of out of pocket expences.
CONTESTED SUITS:
Attorney will evaluate the nature of the dispute
and may require a retainer or hourly fee.
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS:
Creditor completes the Submit Claim Form and sends
it to the Network for collection. Claims which cannot
be collected, or a reasonable payment schedule arranged,
within 30 days of placement, will be forwarded to a Network
selected collection attorney practicing near the debtor's
residence for further handling.

Commercial Collection Rates
Standard Network 20% Commercial Rates are for claims,
which are over $1,000, not more than a year past due, with
the debtor located in the United States, and the claim must
not have been previously sued, or placed with a collection
agency or lawyer for collection.
