Consumer Collections Information and Rates

• GENERAL INFORMATION:
  The Network assists creditors in the collection of past due obligations incurred by consumers for personal, non-business purposes. Network rates are for claims against debtors located in the United States.
  
• SCHEDULE OF NETWORK CONSUMER RATES:
  
  
  • NETWORK STAFF COLLECTION SERVICE:

    35%	Claims $1,000 and over and less than 1 year past due.
    50%	Claims less than $1,000, more than 1 year past due, judgments, and all claims previously handled by an attorney or collections agency.

    
    
  • ATTORNEY COLLECTION SERVICE WITHOUT SUIT:
    No additional fee.
    
  • UNCONTESTED SUITS:
    Generally, there will be no additional fee. If the debtor is located in a non-metropolitan area, the attorney in some instances may request a modest retainer (non-contingent suit fee), which will be credited against the contingent fee. All suits will require an advance of out-of-pocket expenses.
    
  • CONTESTED SUITS:
    Attorney will evaluate the nature of the dispute and may require a retainer or hourly fee.
    
• HOW THE SERVICE WORKS:
  Creditor completes the Submit Claim Form and sends it to the Network for collection. Claims which cannot be collected, or a reasonable payment schedule arranged, within 30 days of placement, will be forwarded to a Network selected collection attorney practicing near the debtor's residence for further handling.
