Commercial Collection Rates

Standard Network rates are for claims, which are over $1,000, not more than a year past due, with the debtor located in the United States, and the claim must not have been previously sued, or placed with a collection agency or lawyer for collection.

SCHEDULE OF STANDARD NETWORK COMMERCIAL RATES:

CRITERIA	RATES	SUIT FEES
Over $1,000 - Less than 1 year since the last payment or charge.	20% for first $25K 18% excess of $25K	Uncontested located in a metropolitan area will be an additional 10%. Uncontested in a non-metropolitan area the attorney may charge an additional retainer fee.
Over $1000 - More than 1 year since the last payment or charge	35%	Uncontested suit no additional fee.
Judgements & prior placements over $1,000	35%	Uncontested suit no additional fee.
$501 to $1,000 - regardless of age	35%	Will not be considered for legal action due to balance.
$500 & under - regardless of age	50%	Will not be considered for legal action due to balance.
Contested Suits		Handled based on attorney evaluation.

***All suits and Judgements will require an advance of anticipated out of pocket costs.
***Claims under $1,000 will not be submitted to an attorney for collection.
