GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Network assists creditors in the collection of past due obligations incurred by business and consumer accounts.
HOW THE SERVICE WORKS:
You, the creditor, complete the SUBMIT
CLAIM Form and send it to CLN for collection. We begin
work immediately. Claims which cannot be collected, or a
reasonable payment schedule arranged, within 30 days of
placement, will be forwarded to a Network selected collection
attorney practicing near the debtor's place of business
or residence, for further handling.
